The ECS system is now deprecated.  Existing logins will still work and existing certificates and control cards will be available on this address.

New certificates and control cards issued from 29. jan 2011 and onwards will only be available on the AGR Customer Portal. 

Changes will from now on not be saved in the old system, it is used only for historical purposes.
